10/5/09 – Poor sick baby

McCoy caught croup for the first time. Two other kids at daycare had it last week and I knew it was coming. He started acting a little sick on Saturday and then had the full blow croup cough starting yesterday. Last night was a little rough for McCoy and I found out hard his bedroom floor really is. I stayed home with him today and I took him to see Dr. Coffey. She prescribed an oral steroid for a few days so hopefully it will pass quickly.
