10/10/09 – Have no fear…Grammy and Papa are here!!!

Judy took a few days off so Grammy came down to stay with McCoy while we were at work. For not seeing Grammy too, too often, McCoy instantly remembers what a sucker she is! The first morning she was here he reached for her to take him back when I grabbed him for a hug and kiss Good Bye (that always hurts…just a little!).

Grammy pushed him around the house in his stroller “because he likes it” and didn’t put him down “because he likes it” and NEVER let him cry “because SHE doesn’t like it”. We LOVED having Grammy here and we are so grateful for coming to help us out!!!


Papa came down for the weekend and helped Kyle with a household project that Kyle has been wanting to get done…THANK YOU, PAPA! McCoy loves seeing Papa and hanging out with the guys. McCoy and Papa are big buds and McCoy definitely know how to play the “Papa’s Boy” game! I’m still not ready for Papa to give him his first taste of ice cream or coffee but he keeps trying.
